First. A healthy and safety management system is a process the helps control risks of workers in all workplace. Likewise, a health and management safety program will depend on the company capacity to invest on those matter but it is very important to be aware about the health and safety law related to the work since these are guidelines about the responsibilities which employers have towards employees and so with employees have to themselves.
