Ten kinds of persons unqualified for being Chinese communist officials in Chinese officialdom

Today I read a Chinese article written by an experienced Chinese communist official nicknamed" A Man with Honesty of Kindness" which states that ten kinds of persons in China are not qualified for being Chinese communist officials, I think that it is quite interesting, so I translated it into English.

Here is :

There is an old folksay in China : "The easiest thing to do in the world is being officials, if you are not good at being officials then you are really stupid enough." However in modern China there are indeed ten kinds of persons unqualified for being Chinese communist officials.

First kind: Persons who can't drink much alcohol. In Chinese officialdom communist officials always go to parties which they have to drink a lot of alcohol during these boozes, if you don't have the capacity for liquor even thought you are an excellent public servant you can hardly be admitted into Chinese officialdom . The average capacity for liquor for being communist officials is that you can drink a bottle of about half liter whiskey.

Second kind: Persons who are honest and kind. This kind of persons are hardly admitted into Chinese officialdom, Chinese officialdom is an immoral, unjust and unprincipled environment , in order to adapt for this environment you have to give up your decency and dignity.

Third kind: Persons who don't have much money. Chinese officialdom is a game of the rich , if you only have paycheck to support your family just leave Chinese officialdom alone. How much money do you need to play in Chinese officialdom? You need pay US 120 dollars to make an impression from your supervisors, you need pay US 1,200 dollars to make your supervisors begin to consider you as next one promoted , you need pay US 6,000 dollars to make your supervisors nominate you as next one promoted, you need pay US 12,000 dollars to make your promotion become reality.

Fourth kind: Persons who don't have a wide social networking. If you don't have relatives or friends who are already higher-ranking communist officials you just leave the Chinese officialdom alone even though you are decency and talent.

Fifth kind: Persons who are very talent. Because this kind of persons are very outstanding, they always make others look like third-class, they are always envied and framed by others, So they can hardly succeed in Chinese officialdom.

Sixth kind: Persons who have highly-renowned college degrees. Being Chinese communist officials don't need much knowledge , as long as you are good at kissing your boss' ass you are easily promoted . Any kind of degrees can be bought after you become higher communist officials one day, so if you have highly-renowned college degrees which means that you have much knowledge, you are probably not willing to kiss your boss' ass , then you are not easily promoted by your boss.

Seventh kind: Persons who don't have enough nerve. Chinese officialdom is a sly place, and the competition is very furious , if you don't have enough nerve and enough mean means you can hardly survive from Chinese officialdom.

Eighth kind: Persons who are not thirst for having sex with other women. If you only want to have sex with your wife and don't have affairs with other women, you are mocked by other communist officials, you will lost your face, eventually you will be washed out by Chinese officialdom.

Ninth kind: Persons who are talkative. A Chinese folksay say : " Careless talk leads to trouble." There is a kind of persons who are talkative, they are really not qualified for being Chinese communist officials.

Tenth kind: Women who are not beautiful and not willing to have affairs with their higher-ranking male communist officials. Chinese officialdom is only suitable for this kind of women who are carnal and willing to have sex with their higher-ranking male communist officials. If you are not pretty or if you are pretty but not willing to have sex with your higher-ranking male communist officials you can hardly survive in Chinese officialdom.
