I am a two time Olympic javelin thrower and two time World Record holder. I am now aged 46, am ranked #1 in the World Masters and am on target to make my 7th Olympic Trials. I was born with Spina bifida and I have never had a single surgery - ever - which in my event is unheard of.
These are two videos of some weight room exercise I do:
Jump Squat 440lbs x 5 reps:

Dumbbell Pullover 125lbs x 10 reps:

I think these two exercises, obviously using much less weight, would be great for most people.
What do you guys think on this forum? _________________ Roald bradstock |
