I don't see how a country can be correct. It's not a single person, it's a group of people. As far as I know, in all countries today only a relatively small portion of the population participates in deciding what the country deems to be the "correct" policies.

It's very simple. Political structures in both countries use issues like this to distract people from real problems while ignoring what is best for the inhabitants in the region - the people who really suffer. Politics pure and simple. Both Pakistan and India have far greater problems to deal with than fight over a small scrap of land.

I am happy to hear that peace talks have started and border skirmishes have died down. Peace will never come to the region unless a fair and equitable deal is negotiated that satisfies BOTH sides. If one side thinks they are getting an unfair deal then the problems will continue.

I wish them all good luck.
