I was invited to a wedding last Saturday. The couples got married on the basis of ten years relationship. My uncle and aunt were the happiest in the ceremony. To celebrate the great event lots of relatives came here to offer their congratulations. It was like a relative reunion. I saw many unfamiliar faces so I had to consult my mother in order to greet them in the right names. Most guests were in suits. Every one looked well and talked together. Time flied. My cousins baby had grown up and could walk well. The cute boy smiled like a teddy bear and called me aunt. Whenever I saw a small kid I always thought about another beginning in a fresh life and would feel great. The dishes were delicious and had special meanings in their names. I owned an envelope because I said nice words to the bride. It was one of my favorite customs. Every one looked forward to the new familys birth. The wedding was a big success. I hoped I can gain a new nephew soon.

Wow! It sounds like a wonderful wedding! Everyone dressed up and looking good, a happy couple, and lots of delicious food! How nice for you to be able to get reacquainted with your relatives.

I'm wondering what words you said to the bride. Did you write them yourself, or did you find them in a book?

In America, sometimes the only events that bring families together are weddings and funerals. Weddings are so much happier--a new beginning!

Thank you for sharing this excellent story!
