After 25, girlsí figures canít be controlled only by diet, especially ones with low rate of metabolism, because your body becomes much easier to tire of digesting the food you consume. Then, you will gain weight gradually and your skin may looks like bark; moreover, the aging may terribly astound you, and, perhaps, you will feel depressed, lacking confidence. Therefore, there are something getting more essential that bringing up a good habit of exercise, and that caring your skin with nutrition, and that, the most important one, keeping a good mood. Exercise accelerates our blood circulation that supplies various vital materials to tissues and skin and discharges the waste ones; with sufficient blood and oxygen, skin will still be flexible, and tissues still healthy. Cosmetics can nurture your skin but sometimes it will be detrimental, particularly the kind containing too many chemicals; hence, we can use those made up by natural materials or organic goods. The last one is important. Your facial expressions are almost affected by your moods, that means your muscle of face will move by the guiding of your feelings; for instance, pulling faces, implying your sorrow or madness, is performed by a downward force, which will make your cheeks stiff, inelegant and hang down. Contrastingly, laugh makes your countenance looked younger and more relax, doing good to muscle of face. To summary, the good mood is the best and cheapest way of skin and body care.
