What momís home cooking do you like?
In Japan, people usually say, "Nikujaga" that is cooked with beef or pork and potatoes.
"Nikujaga" is salty-sweet cooking that simmer the meat and vegetables for a long time.
In addition to this, "miso soup", "okonomiyaki", and so on.
Momís home cooking is different from each other, but I think generally it indicates food boiled and seasoned in Japan.

I wonder what momís home cooking are there in the world. Or what is your momís home cooking?

I like a lot of my mom's recipes - Indian dishes. I won't bother naming them, as they won't mean anything to those not familiar. But she use more spice than I can approve. So Ialways hover around her and police her when she is cooking.

I love the food cooked during the American holiday called Thanksgiving. Now I live in Malta, and I ate Thanksgiving dinner with some American friends, but I still miss my mom's recipes. Wink
