Breakfast is the most important meal in a day, i think most of the people know that. But really, who does that rightly? In a day,24hours,morning should be the most energetic moment. That's why people should take more food to fuel the stomach. However, only few people do that. Take chinese people as an example, after we wake up, many things waitting for us,school or work, so our breakfast usually finish in a very time, sometime evenoverpass it. On the contrary,we usually take big meal while lunch or dinner, and even spend treble to five time of breakfast's time on it. Well, the custom is really bad, especially for our health.
In short, people should spend more time and eat more on the breakfast.
That's the whole idea !!!
