Pills that's many sales in the market or on the Internet are many types and property is different. Indeed the pills are many category. Each category will be to act or control systems in the body varies.

Can be divided into 8 main groups. And will just an example for 3 group to see the advantages and disadvantages


1. The drug make don't want to eat
This group of drugs acting on the brain la Thomas Tha hypochlorite in part of the control center for food. That's make loss of appetite or do not want to eat.

2. Diuretics drug
These drug help push water out your of body, cause frequent urine ,help you to lose weight quickly. But if you use for long time your health can lacking minerals and water.

3. Hormone drug
The most of are Thyroid hormone. This action makes the body burn more energy. When energy is used to more accumulate weight is decreased, but the very heart trembling and sweating like a disease thyroid gland poisoning.
Will be seen that each type of drug actually losing weight, but when used as a time as any to make the disadvantage to the body.

I would avoid most any pill diet because they are so intense. They are focused on crash diets and not eating healthy and exercising. It's very important to do these things, and a pill is NOT a magic cure for fat loss. If you are a new mother like me who is trying to lose baby weight, and you are breastfeeding, please avoid diet pills because it can affect your baby!

Everybody would always choose the easier way,either how to live or how to loose weight. But the pills are not really the right choice,don't you think? You should rather eat healthy food,avoid fastfood, sweet and regular exercise..
I know it's so easy to write such things but hard to do.. I also try to loose weight and although it's really hard I want to achieve it by the more natural way..Good luck

We should remember, every medicine has side effect. So without extreme requirement, we should not take medicine.
