In Brazil I think it is the entrance examination to the Brazilian Secretary of Foreign Affairs.

The examination requires cadidates to command the following disciplines:

- Portuguese;
- English;
- World history;
- Brazilian History;
- Foreign policy;
- Current international issues;
- Geography;
- Law;
- International Law;
- Economics;
- French;
- Spanish;

One must be able to write compositions in English better than a native speaker, it seems!
