Can this sentece be considered an example of mixed condional ?

If they left at 5pm, they will arrive at 7pm.

Not quite. A "mixed conditional" normally means a half of second conditional and half of a third conditional. Half theoretical past and half theoretical present.

For example

If I were clever, I would have made more money. (2nd plus 3rd)

If she hadn't gone she would still be alive now. (3rd plus 2nd)

Your sentence is a real conditional (can happen) and in meaning it's basically like a first conditional.

What it means is:

"If it is true that they left at 5pm, they will arrive at 7pm.
