Dear teachers,
Can you tell me when we use plural form and wnen singular form for "disability"? eg. " His disabilities kept him from going to school" Can we use singular form here?

As far as I can think, the difference is just a difference between the person having only one physical problem or more than one.
The plural in the sentence you quote suggests that the person has more than one problem. That's all.
