The following is my question:

A few days rest in a quiet country will do you a lot of good.

Is there anything wrong with this sentence?

I think it might be better to say in this way,

"A few days of rest in a quiet country..."

or "a few days' rest in a quiet country..."?

Am I right? Please help me out. Thanks a lot.

I tend to agree with you. I think your alternatives are better.

To use days without the ', you could also say "a few days resting", which is like an abbreviation of "a few days spent resting"

Best wishes,
Ian
