Hi! I'm here again to share my experience with you. What should you do to get an healthy diet? First, do not eat too much fat food. Second, make a good selection, I mean, what kind of food it's supposed to eat. Third, leave you body make a good digestion. Fourth, drink enough water per day. And finally, to burn the excess fat, exercises frequently two times in the week. You will feel better!

A balanced diet refers to the selection of foods with appropriate portion to provide adequate nutrients and energy for the growth of body tissues, strengthening the immune system and keeping healthy body weight.
