Hello everybody:

I would imagine this situation exists in every industrialized country, when the foreign intelligence services create bogus employment agencies for the purpose of collecting people's personal data.
It is very easy to recognize such agencies, as a rule, they have no functional contact information (no phone or fax), often no physical location, no procedures to evaluate the applicants, no ads for specific placements, no placement history / record, no presence on the job placement market.
And even though most resumes people send are "doctored" (or "tailor-made"), considering the negligible expenses to maintain such a bogus agency, this practice is, no doubt, very widespread.
Some job seekers seem to think that it would not hurt to register with many agencies, but in view of this reality such misconceptions may well be playing into the hand of the spy agencies.
