What does 'lyrical' mean in this context?

Ali was the most thrilling if not the best heavyweight ever, carrying into the ring a physically lyrical, unorthodox boxing style that fused speed, agility and power more seamlessly than that of any fighter before him.

Oh this one is difficult to explain. If you have ever heard the expression, "poetry in motion" perhaps that is what the author is trying to convey.

It also fits Ali's description of his fighting "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee."

Lorikeet:
A very literary expression. Thank you.
