Does a 'placeholder'below mean a tentative date or a blank date to be determined later?
“We understand that everyone here understands the importance of doing it right,” he said. He described the Jan. 27 date in the budget blueprint as a placeholder.

Well, I would guess that he expects the date to change, and it's just there because they needed a date. |
