1. The bus will come in a few minutes.
2. The bus will come a few minutes later.

Q1. Are these 2 sentences correct?
Q2. What are the differences between these two sentences?
Q3. in a few minutes; a few minutes later
Are there any differences between these two phrases?

Both sentences are correct.

The first one means the bus will come a few minutes from now (the time we are speaking)

The second one is not as clear because you don't know what the few minutes later refers to. For example:

The taxi will come first and the bus will come a few minutes later. (a few minutes after the taxi)

We can finish eating dinner at the restaurant and the bus will come a few minutes later. (A few minutes after we finish eating.)

If we start walking, the bus will come a few minutes later. (a few minutes after we start walking.)
