Recently, I went to the GYM almost everyday. I check the schedule and drop in all kind of fit classes, such Muscle wroks, yogafit, athletic training and so on. I feel I am full of energy all the time. besides, sleep is also as perfect as two years ago. exercise is really good for people's body and mind healthy. As a GYM general member, i can took all kind of exercise if I want. Till now, I really have a wonderful time!
my sister called me today and asked what is the plan for the Chinese new year holiday. Then I realized that I almost forget since I am really excited and busy.
During the fit class, I found my muscle need more work. especially with my arms. my next step is learning swimming, even I study before. |
