I'm ahruem and from Korea.
You are right. Balanced meals are very important for your health.
However, it is not enough.
You have need sufficient sleep, exercise regularly and try to stay away from stress for your health.
You keep regular hours.
Last but not least, try not to worry and be happy. ^0^ |
