But it cannot bring to use suddenly, it is more collect and more than until become to obesity. The principle of reduce your weight has 3 point.
Firstly, Diet to decrease the quantity of some food to have to some food appropriate with the use energy. Select to suitable with kind of the food avoid the cholesterol food, the fried food, the fat�s animal food. Should eat some fruit and some vegetable.
Secondly, Exercise intensity is suitable for exercise. Duration the period of exercise, should the exercise target heart for 20 minute/person. Frequency of the exercise should exercise 3time/week.
Finally, Behavior modification adapt the habit that should select the advantage food by study to advantage of the variety food.
In conclusion , the principle is the most important.

Hi,
Do not be unhappy and do not let your weight affect you that much.
If you still want to lose weight, know that it will come gradually and just try to walk a little more everyday and keep track of your progress.
