If I want to ask my friend whether or not he received my e-mail then can I ask that "did you receive my mail"
and is it correct to say that "I mailed to yesterday"
Regards

Muni, your first example is a good structure, but it'd be more usual to say "Did you receive my e-mail?" It's a very natural sentence.
I think you dropped a word in your second example. "I e-mailed to you yesterday." That would be ok, but more likely someone would say "I e-mailed you yesterday," or even better, "I sent you an e-mail yesterday." The preposition "to" is not needed and not usually used, although it is correct.
You've certainly learned a lot of English! |
