Are these two question same?
1. What type of elementary school teacher are you picturing in your mind?
2. What's your ideal type of elementary school teacher?
and is this sentence right?
'Have you ever imagined that you taught students at elementary school?'
thanks. |

I think the two questions are asking two different things. If you ask me the first question, I would probably think of one of my elementary school teachers who was probably too mean or too nice. If you ask me the second question, I would be thinking of qualities that an elementary school teacher should have in order to be an effective instructor.
In regards to the second sentence, it can be written in the following ways:
1. Have you ever imagined yourself teaching students at an elementary school? or
2. Have you ever imagined that you would be teaching students at an elementary school?
You could also delete students from both sentences so it wouldn't be too wordy.
"Have you ever imagined yourself teaching at an elementary school?"
I hope that helps.
Best regards,

Thank you very much, Diana
You made me happy.
Personally, I like English, but sometimes I have some troubles in speaking, writing in English.
Anyway, you helped me.
