i am terrible for reciting words from the dictionary and listening of english.
can you give me some advice ? how to improve my writing ? thanks

To improve your writing you need to read more! The advice applies to professional writers too! They are constantly reading!

In order to improve your listening skills I suggest you record some English speaking programme from TV or radio, or find a recording in English, and listen to it over and over again.

I learn new languages by buying some music I like, eg. Shakira and reading the song lyrics while listening to the song. It's important to listen again and again until you can hear the words, and usually later understand the meaning of the words.
