The exercise is moving muscle and body by step. Now, exercise is getting more popular. In my opinion exercise has many advantages.
Firstly, exercise can protect some diseases. From research, the patients of insomnia was cured by exercise, so most of psychiatrists advise some patients who were insomniac to always exercise in evening at 6.00 pm. to 7.00 pm. The result of research showed that 60% of insomnia patients recover from an illness. From the activity that government of Thai campaigned about exercise every 2 days of week, more than 40% of people who has weight over standard, can decrease weight. So the obesity can be remedying by exercise.
The second, exercise can make healthy. Most doctors will give a little exercise for patients after recovering. If you walk in the park in the morning, you will see many old people on soft exercising as well as suitable exercise. From research, old people who always exercise will be healthy.
Finally the exercise is good for mind because if you exercise your body, especially internal body will make Adrenalin substance which flowed throughout increase blood cycle and muscle moving, so the result of these was spirited. For example if the nervous patients was gotten suggestion to exercise, more than 20% who illness about nervous will have well for mind.
In conclusion exercise is very good for everybody such as protecting some diseases, healthy and good for mind, so everybody should exercise at least 1 hour per day.
