It sounds good to me unless your software is as bad as your English.
If that's the case, I think I'll pass.

Re: my bad
Is this AmE? "I have posted too many questions in one day. It's my bad." If so, what is the British equivalent? Thank you. The expression you have quoted, my friend, is a shortened form of the question: "Am I bad?" As a tip between gentleman, please don't ever use this expression, not unless you wa...

Re: ask after
I saw my friend John yesterday and I asked him about his flatmate Tom.Itasan wrote:"I was talking with John. I asked after Tom.
He seems to be all right."
'Ask after' seems to be BrE. If so, what is
the American equivalent.
Thank you.

Re: know backwards
Is this understanding correct? 1. know something backwards - BrE 2. know something backwards and forwards - AmE Do we need '-s' (backwardS) in both cases? Does it mean 'know everything'? Thank you. Greetings, Itasan. I wish to inform you that the information which you seek concerning the above is a...

No Problem!
Just be certain to make them sign a release form, guarantee to provide a CD or DVD copy, and that you as the teacher hold the full copyright. Should they have a problem complying with any or all of the above then please remind them that this is your job; your profession, not some sort of "school pla...

Itasan - you misunderstood me
While I don't mind your posts, in general terms, it is their volume which troubles me. As it says above ... "Teacher Discussion Forums Forum Index -> Business English." Are you a teacher of the English language; Business English, or someone who is merely curious about it? A teacher would only rarely...

It's only logical,
if you have neither knowledge of business nor Business English, then as a teacher, please stay out of the classrooom.
People such as yourself are one of the main reasons why people such as myself make so much money teaching Business English in the first place!

Why does Itasan have so many posts?
Are they legitimate questions or is it merely the hopeless despiration of someone lost in the throes of someone finally beginning to learn the language?

Excuse me, your English teacher asked you what English for Specific Purposes means?
Maybe that's what happens when you pay $5 for a "CELTA" teacher to give you an English lesson.
Or maybe your "teacher" got her CELTA degree via Adobe Photoshop!

Is there a question in the immediate future or are you just merely boasting about your degree program? Your post has successfully bored me to tears in Winterthur!
