i think you have to be ready to be flexible. it's hard to know exactly what's going to work before meeting the students.

maybe you could prepare two different lessons (beginner and intermediate) and then ask questions to the students, picking a plan based on their level.

I'll recommend my own site this time:

Flocabulary teaches vocabulary using hip-hop music.
The goal is to engage students and teach them.
The website features lesson plans, crossword puzzles, free songs...
