Hi. I'm teaching about 25 Junior high school students in Tokyo aged between 12 and 13. I'm looking for good old fashioned penpals. Anyone interested. The kids are really keen on the idea and eager to start.

Warm up activities for Junior High School

I'm currently working with a large eikaiwa in the evenings doing telephone and video lessons at night. I found the software they use pretty crappy and unstable. I would have said Japan about 8 years ago. Now I would have to change my mind. Although if you teach in a good private junior/high school it could be excellent. :)

just started teaching a bunch myself here in Tokyo. I find that making fun of yourself works. for me anyway. Also I'm working on a routine I do every lesson in first 10 minutes which quickly goes over previous lessons and helps to warm up and build confidence for the kids. So i definately think bein...

yeah it seems they prefer it. think they think it is easier to understand and in junior high schools most if not all texts are written in American English.
