Fees for using another trainers material ?

Recently another training provider asked me if they could use my material for some corporate courses, I am a little lost at how to calculate what fee I should charge them for this right ??

Does anyone have any suggestions please ?

(I am a corporate trainer)

You could charge by the page... depending on how basic or complex the material is you could charge anywhere between $1 and $10 a page.
