A blog for my school's students

Post by purplered » Wed Apr 08, 2009 3:19 pm

Hi! I'm an English teacher in France. I teach young teenagers 11-16. English isn't their favourite language nor is it their prefered subject; so I try to motivate them in different ways. Our school "collège" (that's how we call a middle school here in France) has a blog so with my colleagues we started an "English" blog for our students. We have added exercises and activities to do after class. They seem to enjoy it.
If you have blogs, I'd love to see how you manage in maintaining ties with your students AFTER class or during the holiday breaks.
Here is our blog: http://anglaisalacharme.wordpress.com
