Newly Qualified ELT's needed for Research Participation

Hi everyone,

I desperately need Newly Qualified elts for my research project.

Participants need to be in their first year of teaching since certification as an elt.

2 short questionnaires, one on Professional Development and one on your teaching experiences.

You can complete the questionnaires online and email to me or we can Skype. (Skype will be voice recorded)

In all, it should take about an hour of your time.

There's absolutely nothing in it for you lol, except my undying appreciation and the advancement of research.
