I am a graduate school student. Right now I am doing a program evaluation paper. I have several questions. I hope there are some people can share your thoughts with me.
As an administrator, what do you think the characteristics of a successful ESL program? Is it determined by student's TOEFL scores? Or it depends on high attendance rate? Or there is anything else? Also, have you ever known about the ultimate goal of the program? And what is it? Do you think the result match the goal? And how?
