Looking for teachers with ESL experience in Saudi Arabia

If you have ESL teaching experience in Saudi Arabia I'd love to hear from you. I'm researching an article about transnational education. Specifically how Colleges of Excellence is delivering ESL training as preparatory qualification for entry into vocational programs (taught in English). In Saudi Arabia apparently one year of English language training is deemed enough preparation, whereas in places like Kuwait 2 years are required before the student enters into another subject stream in English. Interested t hear from people who have taught ESL in Saudi Arabia under the Colleges of Excellence. Thank you
