Searching for a Foreign Job

I am interested in teaching in other counties. What do I need to start my search? What endorsement or certificate will I need? Will I be able to carry my pension and years of service with me?

Start with Dave's ESL job cafe. You sometimes can arrange an exchange with your board. That would be best if you want to keep your pension going.
