Chris,
forgive me for arriving at a conclusion: Your post is typical of someone totally new to teaching. ANd, by the way, are you from an English-speaking country?

Whether something is "good" or "bad" is a philosophical question. FIrst there must be criteria against which you judge. These criteria should be objective. What criteria do you set for a school to meet your requirements?

Ah, it is not your own requirements, right? You want to know if potential employers accept the certs issued by this rather than that school?

So your question actually boils down to: Do I need ANY certificate at all if I want to teach?

In that case, I would refer you to the newly-created NEWBIE section attached to the EMPLOYMENT FORUM.

In my personal view: One should always strive to be a GOOD teacher, not just be holder of a GOOD certificate.
