texts for 8 week summer program

I work at Rosemead College in Rosemead, California.

Our school is planning to go from 16 week summer sessions to 8 week sessions, and I am beginning to research curriculum. I would ideally love to have one text that incorportes all four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, AND can be completed in eight weeks time. I'm not sure this even exists.

I need levels 1-5. Most of our students are from Asia between 17-21 years old.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
