Hi there

Could somebody recommend a book that covers stress patterns etc.

This is an area of knowledge that I do not have much confidence in and would like to know more.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

Jools

I would recommend Pronunciation Games by Mark Hancock as a pronunication primer from elementary to upper intermediate. It includes games which cover many aspects of pronunciation including word and sentence stress.
