Hi - I don't know of any specific site, but you're not alone in the boat. A bit frustrating for me are the company-internal words that they either heard somewhere and try to use, or create themselves (these -preneur words seem along the same lines).
The big topic at our company now is 'lessons learned' - really sounds more like a topic for parent-teacher day and not for a multinational.
They also say 'assys' for 'assemblies' (in production).
And I just can't convince them (Germans), that no, we don't say 'handy' for 'mobile/cell phone' in English, and no, a 'beamer' is really not the word we use for a 'multi-media projector'.
