"This is a place that will not improve with time -- I give it three weeks."
Does it mean "This is a case in which time will solve the matter.
It will improve within three weeks or so"?
Thank you.

Re: a place that will not improve with time
No. It means the opposite. This place will not improve. Time will not solve it. I think it will close in three weeks. (Or be sold or whatever. I give it three weeks means in three weeks it will be sold/closed/changed etc.)Itasan wrote:"This is a place that will not improve with time -- I give it three weeks."
