If you end up with a bunch of papers on your desk and think, "Ugh! How will I grade these now?" then I can relate with you!
When I first started teaching middle school, I found assessment of Creative Writing to be a headache. Especially when for their first assignment 30% of my students gave plagiarized work! After teaching middle schoolers and working with teacher trainers, I synthesized what I'd learned into this assessment guide.
