Audio Pen Pals Language Exchange

Post by samtediou » Thu Jan 22, 2004 5:49 pm

Hello everyone!

Something that has been a great help for my pronunciation and inflection has been having audio pen pals - pen pals that send audio files or cassette tapes of themselves reading selected portions of their letters. I've been waiting for a website for audio pen pals to pop up somewhere, but since I got tired of waiting, I put one together myself. It's at www.hippomambo.com/audioexchange and of course it's a free service. Visit it and encourage your students to sign up! I launched it this last weekend and am sending information to teachers all over the world. I would appreciate it if you would spread the word.

Thanks,

David
