What faster method to learn than an intensive program?

Intensive English programs are the fastest methods in order to become bilingual. In an intensive English program, it is usually forbidden to speak French. Therefore, if all communication is done in English both in speaking and writing, students will progress much faster than if they alter between English and French. I personally think that intensive English programs should be given to students below the age of 10, as after that age, the learning of a second language does not progress as fast. English is spoken almost world wide and is easy to learn. The faster students learn it, the better it is for them. It is why I think intensive English programs should be given to kids.
