I am trying to learn more about teaching English overseas because there is a grow need in English teachers overseas. I think teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) is a very rewarding job because teachers work with the students in small groups or one-on-one. Therefore, they have more opportunity to see the students' "growth." They can see their improvements. Also, when teachers teach English overseas, they can learn their students' native language and culture.

Do you think TESOL is better here in America or overseas? Which one do you prefer and why?
