The English Plus Resolution Bill is such a hope for ELLs. Hopefully one day we will see our student's rights working in schools everywhere. How wonderful if every teacher did their part and encouraged EO and ELLs to respect differences and cultures by promoting the preservation of ELLs native language in the classroom.
