Here is an ESL website for students to practice English used in everyday situations. There are phrases and worksheets for each topic. You can find it at: http://drewseslfluencylessons.com. Thanks

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for posting your site! I found it very interesting as a student who is preparing to become an ESL teacher myself. I certainly agree that we need to teach our students to develop linguistic fluency and not focus solely on accuracy or proper English. You provided great examples of phrases that could come up in everyday "real-life" communication. I definitely think that providing them with opportunities to learn colloquial language along with the meanings and proper use of English, will help English Language Learners feel more comfortable speaking to native speakers. The vocabulary worksheets that you provided will help us, as teachers, to facilitate the lessons. Thank you! |
