I recently posted an invitation for ESL/EFL Teachers in China to participate in a research project on living, working, and interacting in China, cross-cultural training and contract intentions.

If you participated in the survey many thanks. I have not yet received the required participants for the study and would like to ask if you are a ESL/EFL teacher in China please consider participating in the brief (5-7 min) study. Thank you for your time!

Dear ESL/EFL Teachers in China,

I am a doctoral student at Northcentral University in the Education department under the supervision of Dr. John Johnson. I would like to invite you to participate in a research project on living, working, interacting in China and contract intentions.

This research aims to achieve a better understanding of ESL/EFL teacher’s cross-cultural adjustment in China, expand the limited research on ESL/EFL Teachers, and help future teachers.

Benefits of participation in this research include highlighting potential opportunities in facilitating the adjustment of future English teachers in China and expanding the limited research on academic expatriates.

The survey is entirely anonymous, confidential, and there are no right or wrong answers. All the data will be used only for this research project.

The survey should take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. Thank you for your participation in the survey and this project. You honest responses will make this project a success.
