Non-native teachers

Post by rayericson » Mon Feb 27, 2017 8:03 pm

Hello there!

I heard that esljobslounge.com are hiring non-native English teachers.

This might be your chance to start your career as an ESL teacher.

Good luck!

I think this is a great idea. Many non-native English speakers understand how the English language works because they have studied it and analyzed it. Non-native English speakers have also succeeded in acquiring English. I believe that just because you can speak English doesn't mean you can teach it. There are many things that happen in English but if you aren't conscious of it then it is probably harder to explain. There are places in the world that are hiring non-native English speakers because they want international English speakers as opposed to American, British, Australian, etc. English speakers. I want to say that Singapore is one of these countries that are looking for non-native English speakers. I think learning English from a proficient non-native English speaker is a fantastic idea.
Best of luck to all you non-native English speakers.
