Hi, I have no teaching qualifications at all and will be moving to the South of France in the very near future Iam 40 years old.

My husbands plans are coming along and I am considering teaching elementary level english to French children.

Please help, what qualifications would be required etc and how long (average) would they take to complete.

I have read about TEFL courses, but don't know what they are or what level of qualification I would achieve.
