Multi-level classes

I need textbooks, resource books, or web-site sources to teach a multi-level class starting next week.

Who has taught multi-level classes? What activities and methods are effective for this type of class? How exactly does a teacher teach a class with students from varying proficiency levels?

Multi-level classes are the hardest.

What age group are you teaching? What levels do you expect?

I'm teaching adult Koreans in their late 20s and early thirties. Some have overseas learning experiences and others have learned a different second language (Turkish).

Could you help me? Point me to some material or textbooks or approaches or relevant methods.
