There are a lot of materials out there to prep for the ESL Praxis II. Any suggestions/advice as to the best study guide/ site for preparation, other than ETS's, or maybe there's is fine? There is a new product available called Acemypraxis. Any experience with this out ther?
thanks.

As you said there are a lot of materials available for reviewing for the Praxis II examinations. It is hard to find which is the best one, but you should take into consideration the authenticity of the feedbacks that a website shows and the type of review they provide. Here is one of the more reliable ones I know: http://www.teachingsolutions.org/praxisii.html

I think any of the study guides are fine if you use them correctly. Read the whole study guide first; then take one of the full length tests, timing yourself. After you score the test, make note of where you need practice. Then make index cards to study all of the areas covered and review them several times a day for at least a few weeks. Separate the cards into piles you know and piles you don't. When you think you know all the material; take the second timed test and score your results. On the day of the test, use your time well or you will not finish the writing portions.

Good luck! :D
